Memory Magnet collects personal information only to process and deliver your order. This includes your name, contact details, and the photo you upload.

We never sell, rent, or share your information. Your photos are used only to create your magnets and are deleted within 30 days of your completed order.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. Your personal details remain protected under Australian privacy law.

We provide fast and reliable delivery across Australia.

Production time - Printing takes 1 to 2 business days once we receive your photo.

Delivery time - Orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost - Standard flat rate applies to other orders if required.

Tracking - A tracking link is sent once your order ships.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we will follow it up.

We currently deliver only within Australia.

Every order is custom made with your personal photos, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect uploads.

If your magnets arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@memorymagnet.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

We are a small local team and we take every order personally. Your happiness with the final result means everything to us.

When placing an order, you confirm that the photos you upload are your own or that you have permission to use them. We reserve the right to cancel any order that includes content that is inappropriate or infringes on someone else’s rights.

Orders are processed once payment is received. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We do our best to ensure colours and descriptions are accurate, but small variations may occur due to screen settings.
